1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jl96com website located at jl96com.club ("Platform"), including all games, services, promotions, and features offered therein. jl96com reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of jl96com, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. jl96com reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on jl96com. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl96com login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jl96com immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. jl96com shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jl96com accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. jl96com does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. jl96com aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes for fully verified accounts. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. jl96com reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on jl96com are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. jl96com is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

jl96com employs fraud detection systems to monitor all financial transactions. Any account found to be involved in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, unauthorized payment use, or money laundering, will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities. All funds in such accounts may be frozen pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jl96com offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred;

6. Gameplay Rules

6.2 Bets and Wagers

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl96com platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such exploitation must be reported to jl96com immediately;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;

• Allowing any third party to use your jl96com account;

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl96com, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data;
• Interruption of service or Platform unavailability;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account;
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Platform content;
• Any technical malfunction, delay, or failure of the Platform.

jl96com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl96com account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Privacy

jl96com collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 12. Account Termination and Suspension

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
